Inettrix (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and how you can contact us about it. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking scripts, advertising or third-party embeds, and it has no online forms. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and operational purposes.

Information we collect

We collect personal information you choose to give us, for example when you email or call us: your name, business name, contact details and details about your premises or IT environment.

During a project we may have access to information about your systems, such as network configurations and administrator credentials. We use this only to deliver the agreed work, store it securely, and hand credentials back to you at the end of the project.

How we use it

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Disclosure

We only share information where needed to deliver your project (for example with a cabling partner or your existing IT provider, with your agreement), with our professional advisers, or where required by law.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including encryption, multi-factor authentication and access controls. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access and correction

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@inettrix.com.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us first at hello@inettrix.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
