No. Inettrix is project-based, which is how we keep our focus on doing the work properly. Instead of relying on a call-out when something breaks, we design for reliability and leave you with documentation and runbooks, so you and your IT provider can manage things confidently. Follow-up work can be arranged as scheduled projects.
That isn’t our focus. We specialise in infrastructure: networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN, storage, backups and system design. Your current IT provider is the right contact for computer and user support.
Every project gets a fixed-price quote after a free 15-minute call and an assessment. The scope is written down, so there are no surprise hourly bills. If you start with a Health Check, its fee is credited toward the follow-on project.

Yes. We plan changes carefully, prepare as much as possible in advance and schedule cutovers after hours or on weekends where needed.
We don’t provide legal advice or compliance certification, and insurance decisions rest with your insurer. What we do is implement and document the technical controls insurers commonly ask about, such as MFA on remote access, tested backups, firewalls and network segmentation, so you can answer their questionnaire accurately.
We’re vendor-neutral. We recommend equipment based on your needs, budget and how easy it will be to support long term, and we can work with what you already have where it makes sense.
